The villa will be presented to you in pristine condition
Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay

Before Departure
Place used dishes in dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle
Return all items to their original locations
Remove personal belongings
Lock all doors and windows
Peaceful Environment
Our villa is designed for peaceful relaxation:
Quiet hours: 23:00 - 08:00
Soft background music permitted until 23:00
No loud music at any time
Property Guidelines
Occupancy
Maximum 2 adults
No unregistered visitors allowed
We do not accommodate children due to safety reasons such as deep water and steep banks
No pets allowed
Security
Lock all doors when leaving
Video surveillance in operation at property entrance road and parking area only
Report any security concerns immediately
Parking
Free parking available on property
Park in designated area only
Lock your vehicle
Do not block the entrance road

Outdoor Areas
The outdoor area for guests' use is the area between two staircases, a boat dock, and the staircase leading to the river
BBQ grill available (clean after use)
Respect the natural environment
Do not feed wildlife
Keep noise levels considerate
Be careful when moving around the villa premises (at your own risk)

All items must remain on premises
Return items to original locations after use

Sauna Guidelines
Load the sauna stove with firewood and light it up with fire starter tablets
Sauna stove and fireplace do not have dampers. Simply leave the ashtray a few cm open to create a draft
Heating time: approximately 1 hour
Recommended sauna temperature 80°C
To maintain the temperature add a few logs
Never leave heating sauna unattended
No items on sauna stove
Use provided sauna towels only
Follow posted safety instructions
Recommended session duration: 15-20 minutes
Jacuzzi Guidelines
Basic Information
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults
Temperature range: 37-40°C
Recommended session: 15-30 minutes
Maximum time at 40°C: 15 minutes
Before using the Jacuzzi:
Shower thoroughly (remove all creams/oils/chemicals)
Use only clean swimwear
Make sure your feet are clean before entering
For drinks use only provided plastic cups (kitchen drawer)
Opening the Cover:
1. Unclip all four cover clamps (located at each corner)
2. Lift and fold the riverside part of the cover onto the back part
3. Grab the black support bars on the side and push the folded cover to hang behind the jacuzzi
4. The cover will remain in vertical position

Sharp objects
Glass containers and dishes
Adding soaps, oils, chemicals or any substances to water
Modifying the jacuzzi menu settings
Between and After Each Use
Turn off all jets
Clean any visible debris
Place cover back completely
Secure all four locks into latches
Verify the cover is completely sealed
Shower yourself
Important Safety Notes
Cover must remain secured when not in use for:
Protection from sun, rain, snow, wind and debris
Energy efficiency
Water cleanliness
Improper and careless use may result in additional charges
Use the jacuzzi entirely at own risk
Ikigai Riverside Villa is not liable for accidents/injuries
Any damages that arise are the responsibility of the client and must be compensated

Water depth under the pier: approximately 2 meters
Swimming and diving from pier at own risk
No swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Life jackets recommended for boat use
Life jackets available upon request
Rowing Boat Usage:
Available free of charge
Life jackets mandatory
Report any issues before use
Return to designated spot after use
